Click and Collect
We offer a collection service for all our products you order online. Please select your preferred branch - Bassett, Chandlers Ford or Eastleigh and collection time slot from the Delivery Options when placing your order.
- AM Collection 9am – 12pm
- PM Collection 12pm – 3pm
There are no additional charges for Click and Collect.
Delivery Days
We delivery flowers Monday to Saturday during the working day. In normal circumstances we are unable to make deliveries at a specific time. Unfortunately we do not deliver on Sundays, and nor are we able to deliver to cruise ships unless it is arranged with us beforehand.
Same Day Flowers
Orders must be received by 1pm GMT for same day delivery.

A delivery charge is required on the location of the delivery. These charges are as follows:
